Freshness Preservation Sheet

This freshness preservation sheet is made of natural pulp and contains an antibacterial agent made from baked scallop shell powder (calcined calcium). For cherry tomatoes, simply place them under the tray.

• The sheet’s moisture-absorbing effect reduces condensation on cherry tomatoes and prevents them from cracking.
• Even if the fruit cracks, the sheet absorbs the juice and inhibits mould growth.
• It also has the characteristic of functioning as a cushioning material.

It is especially effective during the hot and humid summer months when the inside of the tiered case tends to become stuffy.
